Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you'll receive an SMS/email confirmation. EcoNest reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock shortages, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — full refunds are issued in such cases.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within Dhaka and 3–7 days outside. Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
