Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Eligible Items

Damaged or defective products on arrival
Wrong item delivered (size, color, or model mismatch)
Items significantly different from description
Manufacturing faults discovered within the return window

Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed plush toys & pillows for hygiene reasons
Customised or personalised gift items
Clearance and final-sale products
Free gifts and promotional add-ons

How to Request a Return

Email info@econestbd.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, a short description of the issue, and 1–2 clear photos. Our team responds within 24 hours with a return authorisation and pickup details.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card, or bank transfer). You'll get an email/SMS confirmation as soon as the refund is released.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? We're happy to swap your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Any price difference is paid or refunded at the time of exchange.

Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, EcoNest covers the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return delivery (typically ৳60–৳120 inside Bangladesh).
